Rescue Me ID: 17-07-05-00183Zaphyna (female)

Saint Bernard    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: High Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Zaphyna is a real sweetheart who loves to cuddle and be loved on. She was not treated well by her previous owner and was locked in a kennel most of the time before she came to stay with us. Because of this, she does not like being kenneled. She needs a home where she doesn't need to be kenneled or only for a short time. By time I get home from work she has very high energy from being in her kennel all day. I've tried leaving her out of the kennel, but she chews things up because she is still a puppy! She is between 1-2 years old, spayed, and great with people and dogs. She loves to play with my lab mix. It's obvious that the previous owner ... (Read More)did no training with her and she was used to a doggy door so wasn't potty trained. We've worked very hard on this and she will tell you she wants outs, but you do need to watch for her signs. If you have a doggy door she will go out no problem and she LOVES to be outside. (Less)
