Charlie was born 07/11/17 A few months after getting him from a lady on kijji I foubd out i was pregnant and was also diagnosed with some medical issues which require me to take blood thinners. This lead to me being unable to walk charlie by myself. Charile is actually very good with my three kids he lets them lay all over him and the little one play dressup. He does however bark and growl at any stranger he sees. He has not actually bitten anyone... yesterday he did however lunge etc on lead towards a friends kid and dragged my 14 year old across pavement cutting her arms up so i absolutely will not give him to a family with kids im not sure what caused him to do that maybe lack of socialization recently? Charlie isnt overly destructive he will however tear up cardboard so dont let him near your recycling. Charlie will counter surf hes all about food. Charlie will drink til his kidneys float and he pees everywhere but if his intake is monitored its not an issue. If hes not let out consistently he will pee at the back door. The most suitable home for him would be an adult home with a fenced back yard. AN EXPERIENCED OWNER with the time to work with him is a must. (Less)

Saint Bernard Dogs can make good pets in Canada if they match your IifestyIe. The Saint Bernard is an enormous, friendly and trustworthy dog. Saint Bernards are very patient with children and are extremely devoted to their people. It is important that Saint Bernards are thoroughly trained and socialized as puppies so that they are manageable as adults. Despite their huge size, Saint Bernards can live in an apartment if they get enough exercise.
